Much to our delight, the property at 118th Street and Doty Avenue in the City of Hawthorne was not sold at Public Auction on February 19th. We are happy to say that we are continueing our efforts to bring the community a much needed park space in this park-poor neighborhood.

Unfortunately if we cannot reach a lease agreement with Caltrans, the property will go to auction again on April 9th.
