Violations:
Large garbage piles, overgrown grass and weeds (which poses a fire threat), car vandalism, prostitution, presence of rodents, raccoons, large cockroaches and opossums. (as reported by neighbors)
Proposed plan:
A neighborhood park or community garden – final decision to be made by community members
